I love teaching in the graphic design, social media marketing, and leadership programs at Southeastern Community College in W. Burlington, IA! My second “love” is Phi Theta Kappa and watching students become more assured of their leadership skills/techniques. The energy, enthusiasm, and passion of members makes being an Advisor and an IA Region Board member rewarding.

On a personal note, my husband and I enjoy spending time with our grandchildren (and our children), gardening, and watching sporting events (basketball and baseball are our favorites). I like traveling and exploring, and haven’t met an “ice cream flavor” that I didn’t like.
