The Executive Board of the Iowa Region:
- Assist the Regional Coordinator in the direction of regional activities and projects.
- Assist in the planning of the Regional Honors in Action (HiA)/Leadership Conference, the Regional Convention, and all other regional events.
- Foster leadership and professional growth in all chapters by cultivating fellowship and professional growth among all chapter advisors in the best interests of the Region.
